B) Seven non-lawyers, each appointed by one of the seven county commissioners:

    C) Seven lawyers, each elected by a vote of all Kansas-licensed lawyers residing in Johnson County:
  • Judge Karen Arnold-Burger
  • Victor A. Bergman
  • Charles German
  • Scott Gyllenborg
  • Judge Larry McClain, Retired
  • Judge Kevin Moriarty
  • Lee M. Smithyman
